What everyone has shared so far
Every self-test adds to these numbers the moment it's submitted. They are counts, not conclusions. I won't publish correlations until there's enough data to support them. The data belongs to the people who gave it, so the aggregated tables are free to download and reuse.

The ten tensions
The tension charts appear once 10 people have taken the self-test. So far: 0.
The rules
- Every count is shown exactly, live. Profile answers and slider positions are never shown together, so no one's answers can be picked out.
- The tension charts appear once 10 people have taken the self-test, using each person's latest result. Until 30 have, they show only how many lean each way. My own answers are included, like anyone else's.
- People who take it more than once count once in "people" and every time in "self-tests".
- Design education, current role and workplace take several answers, so those shares add up to more than 100%.
- No cross-tabulations yet, with two planned exceptions, each shown as a plain comparison, not a finding: when 30 or more C‑suite executives have taken it, where they sit next to everyone else; and when 30 or more people with no design training have taken it, where they sit next to people with design training.
